Account Receivable /Account Payable responsibilities :

• Manage AR and AP process for the company, and different brands within the company
• Assure timely collection from customer-assure invoices payment on a timely manner
• Manage the communication with suppliers and clients via email, Skype and occasionally phone calls .
• Report for management regarding AP and AR status.
• Take measures to improve collection activity and minimise bad debt write-offs.
• Good English speaker – business English on high level.
  
• Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent with computers/Windows.
• Working with several teams – Tech/business/management on daily basis.
