Main responsibilities: 

  • Support, training and troubleshooting contact for posting of incoming invoices;
  • Contact person for the Purchase to Pay workflow (external audit);
  • Monitoring and continuous increase in effciency of transactional activities;
  • Factual and computationally examination of invoices;
  • Maintenance of different allocation cost;
  • Examination of timely and period cost;
  • Looks for correctness in the account selection and creates provisions.

Required key competencies, knowledge & experience:

  • Experience at least of six months on a cutomer support role or a administrative role;
  • English at a advanced level;
  • Good communication abillities to listen actively and check if there is a mutual understanding.
