Position description

He understands in detail the Company's sales policy and the products marketed for the purpose of promoting it on the market;

Present, promote and sell products in accordance with the Company's business standards and policies;

Meets the sales objectives communicated by the Company Management;

Upload all information related to the activities and sales made to the Company's admin platform;

Supports sales team colleagues in collecting specific information as needed;

He always has a positive and polite attitude in the performance of his / her relationship with the client;

Provides professional services to the highest standards;

Properly treats any customer complaints by promptly informing Company Management;

Supports the team of which it is part in achieving the established objectives, while respecting high quality standards;

Fulfils any other tasks entrusted by the Company Management for the best performance of the company's activity, subject to their legality;

Descrierea pozitiei

  • Cunoaste in detaliu politica de vanzari a Companiei si produsele  comercializate in scopul promovarii pe piata de profil;
  • Prezentarea, promovarea si vanzarea produselor in conformitate cu standardele si politicile comerciale ale Companiei;
  • Indeplineste obiectivele de vanzari comunicate de Managementul Companiei;
  • Incarca toate informatiile referitoare la activitatile desfasurate si vanzarile realizate in platforma admin a Companiei;
  • Sprijina colegii din echipa de vanzari in colectarea unor inforatii specifice, conform necesitatilor;
  • Are intotdeauna o atitudine pozitiva si politicoasa in derularea relatiilor de serviciu cat si a relatiei cu clientii;
  • Asigura in permanenta clientilor servicii profesionale la cele mai ridicate standarde;
  • Trateaza in mod corespunzator eventualele reclamatii ale clientilor, informand cu promptitudine Managementul Companiei;
  • Sprijina echipa din care face parte in vederea realizarii obiectivelor stabilite, in conditiile respectarii unor standarde inalte de calitate;
  • Indeplineste orice alte sarcini incredintate de Managementul Companiei pentru o cat mai buna desfasurare a activitatii firmei, sub rezerva legalitatii lor;
