 At KUKA Hungary Ltd. we are searching for the following candidate:

 

Account Manager

for South Romanian region

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the sales cycle in the industrial robotic systems segment on a regional level to achieve targeted revenue growth
  • Drive customer acquisition in order to establish new business segments
  • Steer business development activities with new customers and partners
  • Improve existing business relationships with customers and partners through regular visits and continuous contact
  • Facilitate internal as well as external communication with Kuka customers and partners
  • Create offers, contracts and ensure contract requirements are adhered to by both operations and customers.
  • Establish and manage technical consultation and negotiations with partners and customers
  • Ensure customer’s expectations are clearly communicated and are being met within Kuka
  • Sponsor for regional projects and has sign off responsibility at the end of the project
  • Identify additional opportunities within the robotics division/segment
  • Take part in creating and support strategy concepts, business plans and requirement specifications
  • Support in-house projects
  • Generate market and profitability analysis within the customer portfolio
  • Active participation in marketing activities

 

Your competencies:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanic, Automation or Electric field)
  • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time (incl. driving licence B)
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales/account management experience in B2B environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills (time and self - management)
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • German knowledge is optional
  • Intense collaboration and customer focus
