Job Summary 


This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.


Responsibilities & Tasks 

•Event Management

•1st level Incident Management

•Remote Site Access Control

•1st Level Assurance Support activities


Position Qualifications Core Competences: 

•Knowledge of Managed Service Telecom Operations Practice

•Fluent in Romanian language

•Knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G - network architecture (nodes, interfaces, protocols used, basic call flow, SMS flow, data traffic)

•Basic Telecom knowledge (especially Radio and Transport)

•Knowledge of PDH systems (Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy), SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy)

•Knowledge of optical fiber•Knowledge of signaling protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN) – SS7 protocol stack

•Knowledge of OSI protocol stack


Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements: 

•Problem solving and trouble shooting skills

•Fluent in English language

•Good communication skills

•Spanish or Italian language skills are considered a plus
