Experience on Service Desk (6 months to 5 years)
Preferable knowledge of: Windows, SCCM, Active Directory, Avaya, Remedy, Office 2010 up to, Sharepoint, remote desktop tooling, networking.
Great communication skills
Affinity with IT technology
Knowledge of ITIL processes
