What will you do?

Answer customer’s IT related queries 

Provide technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software and hardware

Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues

Walk customer through problem-solving process 

·What experience do you need?

Min. 1 year experience in Service Desk

Being familiar with ITMS tools (IT Service Management), .: ServiceNow, Remedy, Effecte, Jira; ticketing; Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Link, Citrix, VPN; Windows 7 and ideally Windows 10

Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude

Have excellent customer service skills
