Junior Sales Account Manager

Job description:
We are currently in need of a junior sales talents. This ‘Guru in sales on the making’ should have the capabilities and attitude to build strong, long-term relationships with our members and customers building trust and credibility while delivering the typical Handelot services: consulting, market references, check-ups, market information, alerts, industry trends, price indications, trading support and so on…

Each country, culture, company and person is different so our new colleague will have to be comfortable managing different types of approaches with our partners (consultative, persuasive, relationship, personal, advocate, problem solving…). The Account Manager in handelot performs a wide range of activities and actions. Therefore the capability to be comfortable developing a wide number of jobs and tasks is truly important also.

Requirements:
To start, the Handelot Account Manager needs to have excellent memory and a fast brain (there is so much to learn and so much information to retain in the head, that this job is made only for few chosen ones).
Secondly, this job will require interaction with people from all over the word (different ages, cultures, countries, languages, religions…). Intelligence and empathy are needed.
Another very important point is the languages. FLUENT English is a major need as 85% of our business in done that language. However, second and third major languages are highly appreciated as it always helps in strengthen relationships with the local markets like Hindi, Italian or Spanish.
Experience is not important for us but this is SALES JOB and we are interested in people that do enjoy talking to people and achieving targets
