Providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems,
Assistance in the organization and coordination of shipments;,
Collaborate with other teams and divisions within the company,
Drawing up of initial reporting of KPI.
Use CRM system to document client activity.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people that aren’t afraid of new challenges. In an ideal world, you speak fluently Polish and English, other languages (Russian for example) will be your additional advantage. You have problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret customers' requirements and market information. You are result-driven and detail-oriented. You have excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
