Freshers / experience candidates in customer service.
Training will be given on the technical skills
What will you do?
- Answer customer’s IT related queries
- Provide technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
- What experience do you need?
- Min. 1 year experience in Service Desk/Customer Support
- Knowledge/Being familiar with ITMS tools (IT Service Management), .: ServiceNow, Remedy, Effecte, Jira; ticketing; Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Link, Citrix, VPN; Windows 7 and ideally Windows 10
- Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Have excellent customer service skills
