JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Our client is the leading international capital markets operator and investment banking partner in the Nordic and Baltic Sea regions. It is providing services in range of design and development of software engineering in banking area. We are seeking for Application Support Specialist, who will join our team and will participate in internal projects of our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing L2 support for the IGC application.           
  • Liaise with other application supports and internal/external business and technical partners;
  • Timely escalation of critical issues and proactively identify patterns of recurring issues to improve production;
  • Problem resolution and conduct root cause analysis and establish processes that will help incident prevention.     

Requirements:      

  • Experience in application support in both Windows and Linux;
  • Basic knowledge on Python/Bash scripting
  • Knowledge on IBM IGC (restAPI, filter, data lineage and etc.)
  • L2 support (preferably in Java);
  • ITIL (IT Service Management) knowledge and experience.
