VACANCY: WAREHOUSE MANAGER IN ROMANIA

Key Responsibilities:

• Launching a warehouse together with the company’s management team. The warehouse location will depend on the Warehouse Manager’s place of residence;
• Organizing the receiving, warehousing, storage, dispatch, and transportation of goods;
• Managing order picking, shipment preparation, packaging, and labeling processes;
• Organizing and supervising loading and unloading operations;
• Ensuring compliance with workplace and operational discipline among employees, including recruitment and team building;
• Monitoring warehouse records and preparing operational reports;
• Conducting inventory counts and managing warehouse logistics.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience;
• Romanian language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher;
• Russian language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher;
• English language skills will be considered an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Experience working with 1C software will be considered an advantage;
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment;
• Strong communication skills and punctuality.
