Key responsibilities:

• handle cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals).
• assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking products.
• process time deposits, transfers, foreign exchange, checks, garnishments, and customer data management.
• verify customer ids and ensure bank policy compliance.
• reconcile daily reports.
• transaction security and accuracy first.
• fast, polite customer satisfaction.
• AML/KYC compliance on every operation.
• timely, precise daily reporting.

 Required experience

• 1-2 years in banking front office or customer-facing roles.
• proven cash handling and transaction processing experience.
• familiarity with AML/KYC compliance procedures.
• experience with customer data management and verification
