• Design and build engaging levels in Unity using modular assets and prefabs.
• Create layouts that enhance tactical gameplay and support various playstyles.
• Test and balance level flow, spacing, and engagement pacing.
• Collaborate with environment artists and game designers to ensure visual and mechanical consistency.
• Iterate quickly based on internal testing and player feedback.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Unity level design tools and scene composition.
• Understanding of gameplay flow, spatial design, and player psychology.
• Ability to think in both artistic and mechanical terms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Self-driven and comfortable iterating on feedback.
