Remote – Romania | 50–75% Travel

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager who can plan, coordinate, and deliver complex technical installations across multiple locations in Europe and the UK.

A Romania-based company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate technical deployment and installation projects across Europe and the UK.

This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering technical installations in multiple facilities across different countries.

The position is remote-based in Romania, with frequent international travel (50–75%) depending on project phases.

⚠️ Important: This role requires significant travel. Candidates must be comfortable spending extended periods working on-site across different European locations when project phases require it.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical deployment and installation projects
• Build and manage project timelines and execution plans
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and operational partners
• Track project progress and report status to leadership
• Identify risks early and drive solutions
• Ensure installations are delivered according to plan
• Maintain structured project documentation and reporting
• Support deployments across multiple locations

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Project Management or Program Management
• Experience working on technical or operational projects
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work closely with technical teams
• Ability to understand technical documentation and systems
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• University degree required
• Flexible and able to travel internationally (50–75%)

Technical Skills

• Comfortable working with Excel and basic data analysis
• Ability to understand technical systems and operational processes
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
