POSITION: Team Leader / Supervisor in factory (Germany)

Job description

• Responsible for team of operators and working together with them on assigned shift
• Responsible for assigned work tasks placed at customer factory in Germany
• Operators leadership, their training, managament of assigned process and responsibility for work quality results
• Direct communication to customer
• Arranging working place, equipment and operators roles assignment
• To monitor and to record achieved results and its reporting to customer and to company operation center
• Identification of quality problems and implementation of corrective actions
• Cooperation with production, management and logistics

We require

• Technical high school OR experience in production/quality/technical industry
• Advanced English language, at least B1-B2 level
• Advanced German language, at least B1-B2 level
• Communicativeness

• Organizational skills
• Willing to work in shifts based factory operations and willing to travel
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication and ability to read base work instructions and technical documentation
