We are looking for a Team Leader for Local Office Support to manage office hardware operations, lifecycle processes and on-site support engineers across multiple locations.

You will:

• Lead a group of support engineers across multiple offices, ensuring timely resolution of local IT incidents and service requests
• Oversee laptop lifecycle management, including provisioning, imaging, deployment, replacement, collection, and refurbishment processes
• Support and coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new employees receive properly configured devices and workplace setup
• Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, stock levels and procurement activities for end-user devices and office equipment
• Ensure compliance with company IT standards, security policies, and hardware management procedures
• Coordinate troubleshooting and support for workplace technologies, including Windows devices, docking stations, printers, meeting room equipment and basic network connectivity
• Collaborate with other IT teams on networking and Modern Workplace
• Maintain and improve internal documentation and Knowledge Base articles
• Mentor and support Local Office Support engineers in technical troubleshooting, operational processes and user communication
• Occasionally travel to other locations to support local IT activities and operational needs.

We Ask:

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support or service desk environment
• Previous experience leading or coordinating a technical support team
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, endpoint troubleshooting and workplace technologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune and device management processes
• Experience working with ticketing and asset management systems
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, including hardware audits and stock management
• A proactive and flexible mindset, with willingness to support operational and urgent business needs
