You support our team as Team Lead Accounts Payable
Responsibilities
- Drives strong understanding of entity and Shared Service Center business, acting entrepreneurially to identify opportunities that improve business performance and customer value;
- Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of finance services to customers (LSOs), acting as SPOC for customer satisfaction discussions and performance alignment;
- Leads and manages the Finance Team (Accounts Payable), overseeing performance, workload, and risk mitigation related to invoices, payments, T&E activities, and internal controls;
- Identifies, leads, and monitors improvement, standardization, and harmonization initiatives, acting as a Change Ambassador within the organization;
- Monitors internal controls in line with the Internal Controls Matrix, identifying risks and proposing compliant solutions (CPP/LPP), and supporting audit activities as SPOC;
- Proactively partners with Finance Managers and Head of CoS on performance topics, escalations, workload analysis, and potential operational risks;
- Develops, motivates, and coaches the team based on performance and behavior evaluations, acting as a role model and fostering growth and innovative thinking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related fields, including IFRS and Shared Service Center environments;
- Proven leadership experience, including team management, hiring, and fostering a collaborative, open communication culture;
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive fact-based decisions;
- Hands-on experience with SAP and strong analytical skills supported by a data-driven mindset;
- Experience leading improvement initiatives and implementing continuous improvement methodologies;
- High level of motivation, flexibility, and adaptability to new processes, situations, and environments;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
