Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to support requests from parents and camp partners via email and internal tools.
• Address inquiries related to bookings, payments, availability, and platform usage with professionalism.
• Follow established workflows and escalate complex issues to the Operations Lead.
• Support basic booking operations, including status checks and simple refunds.
• Log and categorize support requests accurately and flag recurring issues.
• Contribute to updating FAQs and help content.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support or operational support within a digital platform.
• Proficient with helpdesk or ticketing systems and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable with modern tools and AI-assisted support workflows.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to processes.
