We are seeking a talented and experienced Linux System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︇︁︂︈and implement corrective measures
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable Linux infrastructure
• Deploy and configure virtualization solutions (e.g., XCP-ng, KVM)
• Deploy, configure and manage various solutions based on (Nginx, HA-Proxy, Keepalived, GlusterFS, ElasticSearch, GrayLog, PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Implement and enforce security best practices to protect systems from vulnerabilities and threats
• Backup and recovery procedures
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Linux systems and infrastructure
• Participate in IT projects, contributing expertise and technical guidance
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and testing of new systems and upgrades
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Nice to have:

• Knowledge ︊︍︎︂️︃︌︈︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎of monitoring tools (ELK stack, CheckMK, Nagios, etc.)
• Understanding of application code release management and automation
• Experience with CI/CD tools and concepts
• Running Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Knowledge of Azure environments
• Ability to work independently on the task at hand
