Service Desk Agent with German

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Agent with proficiency in German. As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients in the German markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions via phone, email, or chat - in German
Troubleshooting IT technical issues (software, hardware, peripherals) and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams (you will receive training for this)
Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system - In English
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Fluency in German language (B2+ - C1)
Good English language skill (minimum B2)
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Prior experience in a customer service, technical or IT support role is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Availability to work in shifts
Baccalaureate Degree or, preferably University Degree
