Are you a Symfony expert looking for a challenge that matches your experience?

We are hiring a Senior Symfony Developer (minimum 7 years of experience) to lead the technical transformation of a strategic multi-application platform.

This project combines:

• a complex SaaS architecture,
• multiple business applications,
• massive data volumes (more than 26 billion rows),
• high-level performance, security, and scalability challenges.

Your mission: take over, restructure, stabilize, and industrialize this ecosystem to turn it into a robust and high-performing platform.

The Mission: A Progressive Long-Term Opportunity

This collaboration is designed in several stages, with the objective of building a durable partnership with the right candidate.

Phase 1 – Transformation & Industrialization (2 Months)

You will play a key role in the technical overhaul of the platform during an initial 2-month mission focused on immediate priorities.

Main ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Audit

• Full audit of the existing codebase and infrastructure
• Structural redesign of the platform
• Multi-application rationalization
• Code standardization and improvement

Performance & Data

• SQL optimization (queries, indexing, partitioning)
• Redis implementation / optimization
• High-load readiness
• Overall performance improvements

Reliability & Security

• Refactoring unstable components
• Strengthening application security
• Logs and traceability management
• Stabilization of the existing environment

Business Development

• CRM finalization
• Newsletter module deployment
• Implementation of the legal notice publication module
• Data visualization tools / dashboards

Industrialization

• Migration of legacy scripts to Symfony Workers / message queues
• CI/CD implementation
• Monitoring and automated alerts

Phase 2 – Strategic Growth (12 Months)

Following successful completion of Phase 1, a second mission of 12 months may begin, focused on growth and expansion:

• product evolution,
• international expansion,
• AI integration and advanced automation,
• continuous optimization,
• strategic maintenance.

Phase 3 – Permanent Long-Term Partnership

After successful completion of Phases 1 and 2, the selected candidate may be offered a long-term permanent contract, including:

• stable long-term position,
• strategic responsibilities,

Compensation

• €3,000 / month
• Full-time position

Flexibility

• 50% contribution to housing / rent costs when travel to France is required
