We’re looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist (IT Consultant) to join our dynamic team and drive innovative solutions that empower businesses and people alike. RESPONSIBILITY
• Module Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of the Employee Central module. Maintain data standards and configuration documentation. Define and enforce best practices for system usage across HR and other business units.
• Configuration & Continuous Improvement: Customize and configure the system to ensure proper functionality and alignment with functional specifications. Manage projects related to deploying new features, modules, and enhancements within the SAP HXM ecosystem. Analyze HR process requirements and translate them into system configurations. Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and enhancement.
• Support & Issue Resolution: Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 expert to troubleshoot and resolve complex Employee Central issues. Collaborate with SAP Support for system defects or enhancement requests. Ensure prompt resolution of data issues, integration errors, and workflow failures.
• Release Management: Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors features, releases, and innovations, incorporating them into productive environments. Oversee release cycles, review release notes, validate system changes, and ensure smooth adoption by the business.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, HR operations, IT teams, and leaders to understand ongoing needs. Provide expert guidance on Employee Central capabilities and system limitations. Support HR transformation initiatives and strategic workforce processes.
• Data Quality & Reporting: Oversee data accuracy and data load processes (imports, mass changes, validations). Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies. Support reporting needs using SuccessFactors reports and dashboards.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance principles.
• Proven ability to manage system enhancements, release cycles, and complex troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Optional: SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
