Inviting applications for the role of Senior Recruitment Specialist with German- Relocation to Krakow
The ideal candidate has solid professional experience in talent acquisition / recruitment and communicates confidently in German at a minimum C1 level. You will work for Germany & Austria market.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced professional who can independently manage responsibilities and contribute to efficient planning operations.
Responsibilities:
• Screening candidates, including reviewing tool-based pre-recorded interviews.
• Recruitment funnel reporting.
• Collaborate with client to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Lead sourcing and screening extensively for high volume hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques to improve quality of delivery.
• Manage internal referrals.
• Ensure new hire setup completion on Human Resource Management System (e.g., Workday) and Day 1 readiness, including employee ID creation and system access.
• Manage exceptions or high-priority cases (e.g., leadership hires, delayed cases, etc.) and follow through to resolution.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring managers on updates or required actions.
• Track recruitment and onboarding key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (3+ years).
• Expertise in talent acquisition with major focus on sourcing, and screening.
• Proficient with global Applicant Tracking System / Human Resource Management Systems (UKG, Workday, Avature, or Taleo etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, tracker management) and Outlook for daily operations.
• Fluent German language level (C1) & English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume hiring.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
