We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing strategies, leading QA initiatives, and collaborating closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality applications.

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices
• Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and/or backend systems
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements
• Lead test automation efforts and improve test coverage
• Perform regression, integration, and performance testing
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality culture within the team
• Continuously improve QA processes and tools

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Experience testing REST APIs (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and leadership skills

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker)
• Knowledge of security testing practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications
