Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst (SAP SD) to support a major
international transformation program. The role requires deep process knowledge, strong
configuration skills, and the ability to independently manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced,
global environment.
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role within a Wave team, driving system configuration,
documentation, functional design, testing, and user enablement activities. Close collaboration with
analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a core team member within a Wave, supporting end-to-end delivery.
• Perform system configuration and maintain documentation according to project standards.
• Prepare functional specifications, collaborating closely with analysts and developers.
• Run and participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, document findings, and support solution
decisions.
• Conduct user trainings and support stakeholders in adopting new processes and functionalities.
• Take ownership of assigned topics in:
• Data verification
• Integration testing
• UAT support
• Hypercare activities
• Ensure alignment with global templates and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant with strong process and configuration
knowledge in SAP SD.
• Proven experience leading and participating in Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Strong background in preparing functional specifications, conducting testing, and delivering user
training.
• Ability to work in a complete and independent analyst role with strong coordination and
communication skills.
• Experience working on multiple projects within an international environment.
• S/4HANA project experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities for designing complex solution concepts.
• Team-oriented mindset: able to collaborate, support, and guide other team members.
• Strong English skills (written and verbal).

Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Scrum Master to support agile product teams within a complex transformation
environment. The role focuses on enabling effective collaboration within distributed teams and supporting the
implementation of agile methodologies in an enterprise context.
The Scrum Master will play a key role in shaping and adapting agile practices to meet the specific needs of the
organization, particularly within an SAP and S/4HANA transformation environment. Rather than strictly following
standard best practices, the role requires adapting Scrum and scaled agile frameworks to address organizational
challenges and support effective product delivery.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and experience with distributed product teams. The
primary working timezone is CET. Nearshore or offshore is considered if the candidate can demonstrate excellent
collaboration skills and availability during local business hours.
The first mandate is planned for 6 months with a notice period of 30 days, ideally starting in April 2026. Feedback loops
between Team Management and the Scrum Master are planned on a quarterly basis to review collaboration and
potential extension of the mandate.
Key Responsibilities
• Support agile product teams in distributed setups and ensure strong collaboration.
• Implement Scrum within SAP environments and address SAP specific integration challenges.
• Customize Scrum and scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or Nexus to address organizational pain
points.
• Enable teams to become autonomous and self organizing within the defined framework.
• Support training and enablement of internal hybrid agile experts.
• Participate in quarterly feedback loops with team management to evaluate collaboration.
Required Skills
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile product teams.
• Experience in S/4HANA transformation environments.
• Strong experience implementing Scrum within SAP landscapes.
• Experience customizing agile frameworks for enterprise SAP programs.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics and or SAP agile delivery is beneficial.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for distributed teams.
• Certification: A-CSM or PSM II and one scaled agile framework certification such as SAFe, LeSS or Nexus.
• Practical experience and cultural fit to support autonomous teams.
SAP Compensation Configuration Consultant

team works in an agile or hybrid-agile environment and collaborates closely with business
stakeholders and technical teams.
Overview
The SAP Compensation Configuration Consultant is responsible for the technical configuration and
system setup of SAP HCM Compensation and/or SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. The focus is
on accurate configuration, stable processes, and compliant compensation cycles.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure compensation templates, worksheets, eligibility rules, and budget calculations
• Set up salary review cycles, variable pay programs, planning guidelines, and approval workflows
• Maintain XML templates, business rules, and role-based permissions in SuccessFactors
• Configure and support integrations with SAP Employee Central, Payroll, and Performance
Management
• Execute data imports, validation checks, and support SIT and UAT testing phases
• Analyze and resolve configuration-related incidents and system issues
Required Skills and Experience
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP HCM Compensation and/or SAP SuccessFactors
