We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant / Engineer to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP business processes and S/4HANA architecture, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and migrations
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and/or technical specifications
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP)
• Support system integration, data migration, and testing activities
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and technical teams for enhancements and custom developments
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance with business rules
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
• Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 1–2 years in SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.)
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes
• Experience in system configuration and customization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations (ECC to S/4HANA)
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and modern SAP UX
• Knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts
• Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, OData, APIs)
• Basic understanding of ABAP or debugging skills
• SAP certification in S/4HANA modules is a plus
