We’re Hiring: Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist – Nădab (Arad County) | On-site position

We are a growing company looking for an organized, communicative, and solution-oriented colleague to join our team in Nădab (Arad County).

Requirements:

🔹English – intermediate to advanced level (used daily)

🔹Secondary or higher education completed

🔹Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

🔹Strong organizational and communication skills

🔹Attention to detail and good numerical skills

🔹 Experience in sales support, back office, logistics, or order management is an advantage

🔹Driving license category B (use of personal car reimbursed)

Key responsibilities:

🔹Manage requests received from the sales team and redirect them to the relevant departments

🔹Provide clear information about the company’s products and services

🔹Coordinate and enter orders into the system, including stock and delivery date verification

🔹Calculate product requirements based on orders

🔹Organize shipments and prepare related documents (CMR, invoices, etc.)

🔹Monitor deliveries and follow up on payment statuses

🔹Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams

🔹Analyse costs and prepare periodic reports
