SALES REPRESENTATIVE – ROMANIA

What will your role be?

• Actively developing business opportunities across SE Romania.
• Building long-term relationships with architects, developers, municipalities and partners.
• Presenting our products with emphasis on quality, functionality and unique design.
• Cooperating with company management on creating and implementing business strategy.
• Negotiating terms and closing strategic business agreements.
• Preparing tailor-made offers for specific projects.
• Monitoring market developments and bringing new impulses for growth.
• Gradually leading and motivating the sales team towards exceptional results.
• Acting as a key link between the client and our team – from first contact to project implementation.

What should you bring?

• Minimum secondary education
• Proven sales experience of at least 5 years
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Czech, Slovak or Hungarian is an advantage
• Independence, proactivity and strong drive for results
• Driving license category B and willingness to travel across SE Romania
• User knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Pipedrive is an advantage
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Ideally based in or near Bucharest, Pitești or Ploiești
