Sales Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Sales Manager to join our expanding team and work across various regions of Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and acquiring new clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other business development activities;
• Selling the company's services, preparing commercial offers, and negotiating with clients;
• Maintaining communication with acquired clients and building long-term, high- quality business relationships.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian (minimum B2 level);
• Previous experience in sales; experience in transportation or logistics sales would be considered an advantage;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian (written and spoken) would be considered an advantage.

Salary range:

For this position, the salary range is 1200 EUR - 1800 EUR net.

Additionally, monthly bonuses depending on individual results.
