About the role
BitSoft is looking for a Sales Director to build, lead, and scale the B2B sales strategy for our software solutions dedicated to the HoReCa industry. This is a key leadership role with high impact, combining hands-on business development with strategic sales leadership.
You will act as both a hunter for strategic clients and a sales leader who builds processes, teams, and sustainable growth.
