We are looking for an energetic person who will support the sales team in the area in the remanufactured products segment (offer, pricing, quality, core management, procedures) and strive to increase the core return rate within the assigned area using dedicated tools.

Areas of Responsibility: Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece.

Responsibilities:

• Active customer acquisition, segmentation, and identification of workshop potential, including workshops repairing so-called “remanufactured” parts;
• Analysis of workshop needs;
• Cooperation with Product Managers to tailor and develop the REMAN offer for workshops;
• Cooperation with the Marketing team to adjust communication scope and promote the REMAN offer for workshops;
• Execution of sales plans;
• Organization and co-delivery of product and technical training for workshops and Inter Cars sales teams, including information sharing and core return procedures.

Apply if you:

• Have knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry;
• Have 3–5 years of experience in the automotive sector (sales or product management experience is an asset);
• Goal and results oriented; 
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills (in English as well);
• Possess analytical skills;
• Are able to conduct product and sales presentations; 
• Have a very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Are flexible and willing to travel;
• Hold a valid Category B driving license.
