Sellpy is currently expanding its operations in Arad, where we have a modern production facility and a growing team. We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruitment Specialist capable of managing dynamic recruitment processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees, and contributing to the growth of our team.

Location: Arad, Romania – onsite job.

What you will do:

Recruitment & Selection

• Write and post job advertisements for various positions
• Identify and use the most effective recruitment channels to attract and hire the right candidates in line with the company staffing needs
• Handle high-volume recruitment for blue-collar positions
• Efficiently review and evaluate CVs  
• Organize and conduct interviews (phone and in-person)
• Collaborate with managers to define the ideal candidate profile
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports

Onboarding & Integration

• Support the fast integration of new employees
• Create and implement onboarding plans adapted for high-volume hiring
• Provide support and feedback during the adjustment period

HR Administrative Support

• Maintain the candidate database and relevant documentation
• Participate in exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve processes
• Get involved in retention and development projects

Front Desk & Organization

• Welcome visitors and manage correspondence
• Organize internal meetings and support daily HR operations
