The Quality Assurance Analyst will check on the files analyzed/KYC Reviews produced by the analysts from operational departments/local agencies and monitors the level of performance of the processes, operational teams and analysts.
Specifically, you will be required to:
· Positive attitude and a cooperative person;
· Experience in process analysis, continuous improvement;
· Basic knowledge of LSS/Agile/CAPA methodologies;
· Good command in French & English (French B2, English B1);
· Very good effective communication skills both written and oral;
· Able to work in high pressure environment;
· Excellent analytical skills;
· Work experience in retail banking sector is a plus;
· Very good attention to details;
· Risk orientation skills.
