What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing manual tests, updating already developed tests and writing automated acceptance tests for our software applications, contributing to the implementation of the Deployment pipeline, and writing end-to-end tests. You will work closely with developers and other QA team members to ensure that the software meets our high-quality standards.

Our perimeter of work is TV ecosystem, both Live and VoD. We continue to improve existing features and to develop new ones for a better customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

As part of an Agile team distributed across multiple locations, you will:

• Develop test framework and test automation
• Drive automation-focused test strategy
• Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to ensure software meets quality standards
• Review specifications and technical design requirements to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Track quality assurance metrics
• Estimate, prioritize and plan testing activities
• Participate in Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

What you’ll need to know/have

• Previous experience in QA Automation Testing
• Experienced with at least one programming language (Java/Python)
• Relevant experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Experience in a testing microservices architecture
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A can-do attitude
