We are looking for:

Purchasing Reporting Specialist

in Sibiu Office

Your tasks:

• Analyze procurement data to generate actionable business insights and performance transparency
• Develop predictive models and forecasting analyses to support target achievement and proactive decision-making
• Establish transparency across data structures, interdependencies and performance drivers within Procurement
• Perform and present regular and on demand reports and analysis for all purchasing departments to the management Create and maintain global Dashboards with purchasing data
• Improve and assure data entry quality according to reporting guidelines
• Study, evaluate and propose re-designs for work processes; implement approved changes
• Test and validate new features in the BI tool
• Identify and lead reporting, analytics and digitalization initiatives
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting through automation

Your strengths:

• University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar
• Professional experience in an international environment (automotive industry preferred)
• Very good English knowledge, German is a plus
• Enhanced experience in Reporting, Statistics, Data analysis or Controlling
• Very good Excel knowledge
• BI Tool experience - Micro Strategy (preferred)
• Driven to work with Big Data & Advanced Analytics
• Analytical skills, attention to details, structured way of working
• Team player, self-confidence, autodidact
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10-15%)
