PRODUCTION PLANNER

YOUR TASKS

• Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules to meet company targets and objectives.
• Connect with team members, supervisors, and managers to coordinate production plans and deal with issues such as equipment maintenance, resources, and materials.
• Participate to daily production meetings to communicate and align cross-functional teams on daily and weekly production goals.
• Monitor the progress of production and review factors that affect production schedules regularly to ensure line efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal logistic teams (sales, buyer and packaging planners) to ensure that production materials are available in a timely manner.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials and finished products, and adjust production plans as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Develop and present reports on production status and progress to the upper management for strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying and implementing changes to optimize production planning processes.
• Track plan fulfillment closely, adjusting production schedules as needed to meet targets and objectives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar job will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of production planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems
• Fluency in English
