Job Title: Packaging Planner

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Packaging Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Packaging Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing the packaging process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicates with the suppliers and customers in order to ensure packaging supply (returnable and one-way)
• Checks daily the raw material delivery status in SAP  and keep the internal information flow up to date.
• Ensures packaging material availability by following up on the status of open orders and order confirmations from suppliers or customers.
• Informs the customers, suppliers and internally about changes or disturbances in the supply chain or processes.
• Maintains and checks regularly system parameters in accordance with the internal rules and ensures call-off transmission to suppliers/customers.
• Performs order comparison checks (waterfall or SAP analisys), various data analyses related to supply chain processes and creates“clear to build” overviews when needed
• Tracks and respects the transport process, in accordance with the internal and legal regulations
• Checks and ensures goods receipt in SAP
• Comunicates and cooperates with production planning and customer service, as well as with other departments (for example engineering, production, quality, fiance)
• Respects the customer specific guidelines, processes and portal activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in packaging planning or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP knowledge for MM module
