We are looking for a Order Management Specialist with French to join a dynamic, international team. This role focuses on order management, customer operations, and customer engagement, acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor order backlog to ensure timely delivery in line with agreed SLAs
• Track daily order status and identify corrective actions to prevent or resolve delays
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and analysis to customers and internal teams
• Handle order changes, special requests, claims, and exceptions
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of orders
• Actively work to reduce financial disputes and support their resolution
• Communicate proactively with customers and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain)
• Advise customers on order management processes and best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and performance standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support projects or team activities when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent French (spoken and written)
• Good command of English
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex situations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
