Offline Marketing Manager

1500 - 2500 €/luna

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with all offline media, advertising, production and PR agencies, acting as the main point of contact;
  • Oversee and administer all contracts with external partners (TV stations, (D)OOH suppliers, production houses, event agencies, etc.), ensuring compliance with agreed terms and deliverables;
  • Negotiate commercial terms, placements and added-value benefits with all offline partners to maximize visibility and ROI;
  • Monitor the performance of offline campaigns (TV, (D)OOH, events), track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports;
  • Ensure all produced materials (TV spots, billboards, event branding materials) fully comply with brand guidelines and quality standards;
  • Coordinate the approval process of creatives and materials, ensuring timely delivery and correct implementation across all channels;
  • Maintain direct communication with TV broadcasting stations and media owners regarding campaign scheduling, updates and optimizations;
  • Identify new offline promotion opportunities (new channels, special projects, partnerships, event presence, unconventional media formats);
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify trends, media investments and positioning strategies;
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Design, Digital, CRM, Legal, Finance) to align campaign messaging, timelines and budgets;
  • Ensure all offline campaigns, materials and partnerships comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements specific to the industry, working closely with the Legal team;
  • Manage campaign budgets, track expenses and ensure cost efficiency across all offline activities;
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are respected by both parties and proactively address any discrepancies;
  • Oversee the production, logistics and distribution of offline marketing materials;
  • Propose continuous improvements to optimize performance and increase return on investment;
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, media plans, performance reports and campaign documentation.


    Requirements:
  • Experience working with TV and (D)OOH media planning;
  • Experience in highly regulated industries;
  • Experience managing large-scale offline campaigns with significant budgets;
  • Strong understanding of ROI measurement in offline marketing.
  • Proven experience in Offline Marketing, Media Management or Brand Marketing;
  • Strong experience in managing agency relationships and negotiating media contracts;
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
  • Strong attention to detail, especially regarding brand consistency and contractual compliance;
  • Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Availability to travel in order to conduct on-site checks and ensure correct implementation of materials in line with contractual agreements and brand standards;
  • Advanced Romanian and good English communication skills;
