Marketing Specialist – Food & Beverage

Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest is looking for a Marketing Specialist - Food & Beverage to support the marketing activities of our restaurants, bars and lifestyle concepts.

This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously and is eager to develop hands-on experience in hospitality and restaurant marketing.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, restaurant management teams, suppliers and external agencies to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns, events, promotional activities and operational marketing projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, promotions and special events for all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Transform commercial and operational objectives into clear action plans and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate the production, delivery and installation of marketing materials across all restaurant and bar concepts.
• Liaise with suppliers, agencies, printers and production partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within brand standards.
• Support the operational teams with marketing-related projects, including restaurant refreshes, seasonal redecorations, menu launches, signage updates and aesthetic improvements.
• Ensure all restaurants and bars maintain a consistent visual identity and guest-facing communication standards.
• Monitor implementation of campaigns and provide regular status updates and performance feedback.
• Maintain close collaboration with restaurant managers to understand operational needs and marketing opportunities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of influencer visits, media events and brand activations.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations related to Food & Beverage outlets.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, HORECA, hospitality, events, retail or a similar field.
• Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a high volume of simultaneous projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both operational and management teams.
• Good understanding of branding, visual communication and guest experience.
• Experience working with suppliers, agencies or production partners represents an advantage.
• Hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle or event marketing experience represents an advantage.
