Florentino Delure is looking for a creative, analytical, and highly organized Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will coordinate and execute the brand's marketing activities, with a strong focus on e-commerce, customer experience, and elevating the image of a premium, made-to-measure brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Storytelling: Develop communication and creative strategies to enhance brand storytelling.
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor the brand's marketing activities and campaigns.
• Content & Social Media: Coordinate the communication calendar, manage social media channels, and foster our online community.
• Asset Creation: Create written content, draft photo/video briefs, and coordinate specialized teams for high-quality video production.
• E-Commerce & Email Marketing: Update website content, identify optimization opportunities, and manage newsletter campaigns.
• Customer Experience & Retention: Build and implement customer loyalty campaigns, monitor the entire customer journey, and analyze the marketing funnel to increase conversions.
• Agency & Partner Coordination: Coordinate external agencies (Performance Marketing, SEO, Web Development, PR) and external collaborators.
• Events: Assist in organizing brand events and exclusive activations.
• Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior (using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and ad platforms), and translate traffic data into actionable insights.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand management.
• E-Mail Marketing: Proven experience in managing newsletters and email marketing platforms.
• Social Media: Track record of creating and coordinating engaging social media content.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic website administration skills and a solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
• Collaboration: Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, clear communication, proactive initiative, and high attention to detail.

What is Considered an Advantage (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in the fashion, luxury, or premium brand industries.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Experience with loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and software for content creation.
