About the Role

As a Market to Order Specialist, you will play a key role in the continuous development and optimization of our global Market to Order processes and Pre-Sales systems. Working in an international and interdisciplinary environment, you will connect business requirements, product management, IT solutions, and end users to ensure efficient and transparent processes across global markets.

You will contribute to international projects, support the further development of CRM, CPQ, and SAP ERP solutions, and act as an important interface between business users and technical teams.

Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

• Develop and optimize process designs and support the implementation of business requirements and IT solutions within international projects, with a focus on Market to Order processes.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Pre-Sales tools, including CRM, CPQ, and SAP ERP, as well as related customer master data.
• Further develop and test systems while taking into account both global standards and local market requirements.
• Independently perform error analysis, identify root causes, and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
• Provide independent end-user support for Pre-Sales tools and coordinate requirements and solutions between local markets and Product Management.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team responsible for creating and maintaining global market and product transparency.
• Develop and deliver training and knowledge-transfer sessions for internal users worldwide.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and harmonization of global processes, systems, and user experience.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

• Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a business, process, IT, or systems-related environment.
• Initial practical experience with technical or product-related topics is desirable.
• Experience working in an international or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Good project management skills and experience working in project environments.
• Very good IT skills, ideally including Microsoft Office, Jira, SQL, Java, and Adobe.
• Good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with CRM and/or CPQ systems.
• Good understanding of business processes, ideally gained within a manufacturing company.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical process or system solutions.
• Strong understanding of the interaction between business processes, products, data, and IT systems.
