We are looking for an experienced Wire Harness Manufacturing Engineer, holding a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in wire harness manufacturing, process definition, and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up the wire harness lines (layout, workflow, equipment selection)
Define and implement manufacturing processes: cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, shielding, over-molding, assembly, form board assembly and testing.
Develop production documentation: process sheets, time sheets, work instructions, BOMs
Identify raw material and suppliers (wires, terminals, connectors, accessories)
Follow quality management system based on various standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485)
Work closely with company leadership on operational planning, capacity, quoting and training
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in production and process engineering within the wire harness assembly industry
Strong knowledge of core processes: cutting, stripping, soldering, crimping, shielding, over-molding, manual and semi-automated assembly; electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing.
Familiarity with quality standards: ISO 9001 and at least one of: AS9100 (aeronautical), ISO 13485 (medical). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
Familiarity with relevant CAD and ERP software systems
Experience with setting up or restructuring a production line
English — technical proficiency
Existing network of industry contacts (suppliers, technical specialists)
