We’re Hiring: Maintenance Lead – Nădab (Arad County)

We are a growing company looking for an experienced, proactive, and hands-on colleague to join our team in Nădab (Arad County).

Requirements:

🔹 Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, including team coordination

🔹 Studies in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - preferably higher education

🔹 English – intermediate to advanced level (regular communication with the direct manager)

🔹 Good knowledge of industrial utilities (compressed air, cooling systems, electrical installations, HVAC, water, gas, vacuum systems, etc.)

🔹 Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

🔹 Good computer skills, including MS Office

🔹 Category B driving license (personal car transportation is reimbursed)

Key responsibilities:

🔹 Coordinate the maintenance team and organize daily maintenance activities

🔹 Plan and supervise preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime

🔹 Ensure the reliable operation of production equipment and utility systems

🔹 Monitor maintenance performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

🔹 Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance documentation, and external contractors

🔹 Collaborate with Production, Quality, and other departments to support operational efficiency

🔹 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company maintenance standards

🔹 Lead and support new equipment installation and facility expansion projects.
