Junior PPC Specialist – Google & Meta Ads

We’re looking for a Junior PPC Specialist to join the TMM Agency team in Bucharest.

You don’t need to know everything yet. But we are looking for someone who already has some hands-on experience with paid advertising and wants to become really good at it.

What we’d like you to already know

You should have some practical experience with:

• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• campaign setup and optimization
• budgets, conversions and basic performance metrics
• Google Analytics 4
• Meta Business Manager

Experience with any of the following is a big plus:

• Google Tag Manager
• Google Conversion Tracking
• Meta Pixel
• TikTok Ads
• TikTok Pixel
• eCommerce tracking and integrations

We don't expect you to be an expert in all of these. We do expect you to understand the basics and be interested in learning the rest.

What you'll be doing

You’ll work on real TMM client accounts alongside our team, helping with:

• setting up Google, Meta and TikTok campaigns
• monitoring and optimizing campaign performance
• checking budgets and results
• implementing and checking conversion tracking
• analyzing campaign data
• preparing performance reports
• researching competitors and new opportunities
• testing new campaign ideas and approaches

As you gain experience, you’ll gradually take more responsibility for campaign strategy, optimization and client accounts.

Who we're looking for

More than anything, we want someone who is curious, proactive and pays attention to details.

Someone who doesn't just notice that a campaign isn't performing, but wants to understand why.

You should be comfortable with numbers, willing to ask questions and able to bring ideas and possible solutions instead of waiting to be told what to do every step of the way.

We also use AI extensively in our daily work, so you should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools and learning new ways of working.

Very good English is required. English is one of the main languages we use in the office and with some of our clients.
