Objectives

• Secure deliveries;
• Maintain ERP system /SAP (master data and setup for logistic department);
• Management and tracking of the SRCs received from the suppliers.

Job description

• ERP system/SAP maintenance for new components ( Blanket Pos and distribution) as well as price changes and supplier creation/ changes;
• Standard Cost maintenance;
• Clarification of mismatches on invoices: price, quantities, incl. processing of workflows from ESSC;
• Management and negotiation of smaller discrepancies of parts/ suppliers;
• Manage all ERP systems (plants) within BCS;
• Support any kind of supplier changes (SRC) and manage customer/ engineering change requests (ECR, CQA), suppliers, design, locations, pro-active capacity check, tooling status, coverage, etc. for changes in serial production  manage all    ERP/SAP  systems (plants) within BCS .       

Requirements

• Degree in Economics (also fresh graduates) or Industrial Clerk;
• Minimum 3 years experience;
• Analytical thinking ability;
• Structured way of working;
