Responsibilities
-Updating the accounting system with customer invoice details.
-Monitor client accounts and ensure accurate records are maintained.
-Assisting with the monthly bill run and sending invoices to customers.
-Updating the accounting system with bank statements and journals.
-Regularly checking the bank and updating bank statements.
-Perform bank and account reconciliations.
-Preparing customer statements of accounts.
-Reporting on overdue customer invoices.
-Actively chasing customers for payment.
-Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
-Carry out various accounting and administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team.
-Preparing bank payments.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Experience with financial systems.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
Soft Skills:
- Good English skills (fluent writing, conversational speaking).
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Education & Experience:
A University degree, preferably in Finance, is an advantage.
Experience in Credit Control is an advantage.
