Responsibilities:

• Ensure the stable operation of our Shopware B2B eCommerce platform and related third-party systems (e.g., OCI punchout and other B2B features)
• Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests across the entire system landscape
• Coordinate external service providers and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and international teams
• Monitor key backend processes and data flows (e.g., orders, product master data, interfaces)
• Create and maintain documentation and runbooks to support sustainable issue resolution and self-service
• Use AI tools and automation to improve support efficiency
• Identify recurring issues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of platforms and processes

 Your Profile:

• Degree or vocational training in IT, eCommerce, or a related field
• Experience in IT support, application management, or eCommerce environments, ideally with Shopware
• Basic understanding of system landscapes and data flows
• Experience with ticketing systems and agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Kanban, Scrum)
• Good German and English skills (minimum B1 level)
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Hands-on mentality with a focus on sustainable problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
