We're hiring: IT Recruiter

We're looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage hiring processes for technical and managerial roles for local and international clients.

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, and building long-term relationships with IT professionals while contributing to the company's strong employer brand

Your mission

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical (Junior–Senior) and managerial positions
- Actively acquire candidates through databases, direct search, and outreach
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals
- Develop and improve recruitment tools and processes
- Represent and promote a positive company image on the market

You bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role
- Good command of English (part of the team is English-speaking)
- Strong communication skills
- Creative and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have
- Experience in IT outsourcing or IT consulting environments
